Nerium International says it has launched a new formulation that represents the next-generation in anti-aging solutions a groundbreaking new ingredient, SIG-1273. Nerium has added the molecule to its Optimera Age-Defying Night and Day Creams.

The brand says the molecule was engineered by Princeton University biochemist, Jeffry Stock, after 20 years of researching biomedical skincare. The brand patented the molecule, which it says goes beyond treating the symptoms of aging by addressing its root cause.

“We created more than 1,000 iterations of this molecule, over the course two decades, before harnessing the most effective version of this ingredient. SIG-1273 is remarkable in that it is not only able to address the symptoms of aging, but it is actually able to target the root causes as well, helping to combat skin damage at the source,” explains creator Jeffry Stock, Ph.D.

Jeff Dahl, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Nerium, added,

“It’s a milestone to be able to take an already transformative product to the next level with some of the most advanced scientific technology in the world. We are proud to unveil the new Optimera Formula, featuring SIG-1273, and to share the groundbreaking benefits of this new ingredient with our international customers.

Nerium’s Optimera products are packaged in luxe doublewall airless bottles in white and green.
